FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n BARRY MOORE TO FACE JEFF COLEMAN IN RUNOFF FOR AL-2 CONGRESSIONAL SEAT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Enterprise, AL– Barry Moore will face Jeff Coleman in a runoff election for the Republican nomination in the AL-2 CONGRESSIONAL race. The runoff will take place on March 31st.<\/span><\/p>\n Barry Moore said in a statement:<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI want to thank all my supporters for their confidence in me, and all the volunteers who worked so hard on this campaign. We truly have the best grassroots group I’ve ever seen, and it made all the difference in this race.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe did what so many said was impossible. We spent about $200k to our opponents two million dollars. Some polls showed us in 4th, others in 3rd.\u00a0 I am a candidate among the people. This is for the people. We have been at the festivals, fairs and parades meeting the people of District 2 face to face just like President Trump does.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe will be back at it starting today to earn your vote in the run-off.\u00a0 It’s going to be a tough four weeks, but I’m confident our message of standing for conservative values, supporting our military and our Veterans, and supporting our President is a strong one.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIn the last few weeks, I’ve talked about my record of doing what others just promise to do, and people responded to it. We saw that tonight. I’m going to keep talking about what I’ve done, and will keep on doing when I’m representing this district in Congress.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI want to take a moment to thank Jessica Taylor, Troy King, Terri Hasdorff, and all the other candidates who worked hard in this race.
