FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n BARRY MOORE NAMES CHIEF OF STAFF, DISTRICT DIRECTOR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Enterprise, AL–Congressman-elect Barry Moore has hired Shana Kluck Teehan as Chief of Staff and William \u201cBill\u201d Harris as District Director.<\/span><\/p>\n A native of Texas, Teehan lived in Alabama for sixteen years, and her four children are native Alabamians. She was the State Director for the Ron Paul for President campaign, part of the beginning of the Alabama Tea Party movement, and Communications Director for the Alabama Republican Party during the 2012 election cycle. Teehan served on the ALGOP Executive Committee from 2008 until she moved to Virginia in 2012 to be Press Secretary to Congressman Kevin Brady (R-TX). She has held several positions in Washington, including Communications Director for Senator Luther Strange and Senior Advisor to Ways and Means Chairman Kevin Brady. She lives with her husband and children in Northern Virginia.<\/span><\/p>\n Harris, of Pine Level, will be Moore\u2019s District Director. A deacon of East Memorial Baptist Church in Prattville and veteran with 32 years of service, Harris has been with the Alabama Forestry Association since 2014, most recently as Director of Political Affairs. A long-time member of the ALGOP Executive Committee, Harris brings his extensive military and federal, state, and local political experience to Moore\u2019s Alabama-based team.<\/span><\/p>\n Moore said in a statement:<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m blessed to be able to add Shana Teehan and Bill Harris to my team. Shana\u2019s political experience in Alabama and congressional experience in Washington will let me hit the ground running as a new Congressman, so there won\u2019t be a single day when District 2 isn\u2019t fully represented. Bill knows Alabama politics and industry like few others, and he\u2019ll help make sure District 2\u2019s interests are looked out for.
