BARRY MOORE EXPECTS TO SEE TRUMP BACK IN OVAL OFFICE, ON CAMPAIGN TRAIL SOON
FOLLOWING MONDAY RELEASE FROM WALTER REED MEDICAL CENTER
Enterprise, AL–AL-2 Congressional candidate Barry Moore expressed his confidence in the President’s health Monday following President Trump’s release from Walter Reed Medical Center. The President returned to the White House to continue his recuperation on Marine One. The President stated via Twitter that he would be returning to the campaign trail soon.
Moore said in a statement:
“I’m not at all surprised that the President was released from Walter Reed today. He’s received the best care in the world, and he’s a fighter. I’m certain the White House medical staff will be following him closely, as they do with every President. I’m also certain that every reasonable precaution is being taken to make the White House as safe as it can be during this pandemic.
“As he does in so many things, this President is leading by example. He went to the hospital when his doctors told him to, and he’ll be following their instructions once he’s back at the White House. We’re fortunate that his health is exceptional, and I don’t think he’ll have any trouble making a full recovery. I also expect to see him back in the Oval Office and on the campaign trail within the next few days.
“The President tweeted out early Monday afternoon that we shouldn’t be afraid of COVID, and we shouldn’t let it dominate our lives. Certainly, we need to keep on taking reasonable precautions, but he’s absolutely right. We can’t let this virus beat us as individuals or as a nation. For now, that means following common-sense precautions and going about our lives. Under the President’s leadership, we’ve made tremendous strides in treatment, and our health care system is second to none. I’m confident that we’ll beat this thing, and we’ll be stronger as a nation for it.”
Moore is on the ballot in the general election on November 3rd as the Republican nominee in Alabama’s 2nd Congressional District. He is a small businessman, Veteran, husband, and father of four from Enterprise.
