FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
BARRY MOORE “HUMBLED” BY NATIONAL RIGHT TO LIFE ENDORSEMENT,
WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR RIGHTS OF UNBORN AS AL-2 CONGRESSMAN
Enterprise, AL–Barry Moore, Republican candidate for Congress in Alabama’s Second District, has been endorsed by the National Right To Life PAC. In a personal letter to Moore signed by National Right to Life President Carol Tobias, Executive Director David N. O’Steen, Ph.D. and Political Director Karen A. Cross, the organization cited Moore’s strong advocacy for life, support of pro-life legislation, including the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, opposition to the use of federal funds for abortion, and opposition to taxpayer funding of abortion providers as reasons for their endorsement.
The endorsement letter concluded by urging all Alabama voters in the Second District who are concerned with the right to life and protecting the most vulnerable members of the human family to vote to send Moore to Congress.
Moore said in a statement:
“I’m very humbled by this endorsement from the National Right to Life organization. I firmly believe we have a duty to protect those who cannot protect themselves, especially the unborn. I do believe that life begins at the moment of conception, and we have a sacred duty to honor that life.
“I will continue to stand up for what I believe–that all life is precious, and that we should protect it in every way we can–as Alabama’s Second Congressional District representative in the U.S. Congress. I look forward to working with other pro-life members of Congress and President Trump to fight for the rights of the unborn.”
Moore is on the ballot in the general election on November 3rd. He is a veteran, small businessman, husband and father of four from Enterprise.
